Gary became an Arizona Realtor® in 1984 and obtained his Broker's Real Estate license in 1988. His vast experience includes specializing in custom new home sales, production and custom lot sales, REO and Loss Mitigation for banks, as well as resale properties throughout the “Valley of the Sun” and Arizona.
 
From 1997-2001, Gary was lead Marketing and Sales Director for Cullum Custom Homes, an award winning builder in Arizona

In 2001, he formed “The Gary May Group” which has been very successful in blending various real estate businesses under one roof.

From 2001-2004, Gary was a Consultant for Calvis Wyant Custom Homes, the largest luxury home builder in Paradise Valley and the surrounding metropolitan area.

From 2004 to 2006, he represented Regents Park in the sale of land that had been obtained through tax lien foreclosures. Gary completed over 45 transactions for Regents.

From 2005 to present, he started Conquest Homes to build production housing. Gary also started G2Holdings, an investment LLC.

From 2008 to 2015, he represented M&I Bank /BMO Harris in the disposition of assets and sold over 360 properties for the banks garnering an award winning Wall Street Top 150.

2015 to the present, Gary is the Managing Member of May Construction Group, building custom homes and remodeling upper end properties.

2017 to the present, he is Broker/Owner of NextHome City to City, a full service Real Estate Company serving the Valley of the Sun
